A Magical Stay in Noosa- Noosa Valley Manor

where to stay in noosa

Traveling around Australia you’ll find plenty of options for places to stay- hotels, hostels, Airbnbs (my typical choice), but what about something really unique? A place that makes you feel at home while also transporting you to your own little world. Noosa Valley Manor is that place. Read on for what to expect and why you definitely want to make this stop in Noosa.

What you can Expect at Noosa Valley Manor

Noosa Valley Manor is an eclectic, vibrant bed and breakfast located just outside of “downtown” Noosa. The B&B is owned and operated by Renata and Roberto Luca, a fun-loving and welcoming couple. These two purchased the manor is 2013 and have used the time to truly make it their own. Decorated with pieces from their travels around the world, you feel like you really know them as soon as you walk in.

The B&B has 5 incredibly comfy rooms to choose from, all with their own unique design, ensuite and private entrance. Outside, you will find a beautiful back porch where you can make your own tea or coffee, a fridge to store anything you need, as well as comfy nooks perfect for reading or simply hanging out.

Beyond the porch you will find an extensive backyard, a beautiful pool perfect for those hot summer days and even a chicken coop for the freshest eggs around.

Fear not, you have strong Wifi too. 😉

Why you should stay at Noosa Valley Manor

Eco-friendly, Sustainable living

If you are a lover of the environment and focused on making the world a better place, Noosa Valley Manor is the place for you. With sustainable, organic bath products, fresh food grown on property and filtered rain water showers- you will feel your ecological footprint diminishing every day.

Personal Feel

Staying at Noosa Valley Manor is a very personal experience. Whether you would like to make a couple new friends or spend your time drinking tea and reading on your own, you can find what you’re looking for here.

Renate and Roberto are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable about the area, not to mention, super fun to chat with. However, if you are looking for a more quiet and private experience, they are more than happy to give you your space.

There is a feeling of warmth and connection here that you won’t find anywhere else, especially not in one of the busy hotels lining the center of town. You have you own little oasis but when you’re ready to head to town, its a quick 5 minute drive away.

Great Amenities

You have everything you need here. Right on site. High speed Wi-Fi, organic shampoo, conditioner, and skincare, complimentary tea and coffee, complimentary nightcap of your choice, pool, cute dog to play with, big, comfy beds, great conversation, peace and quiet, what more could you want?

Each room has its own private ensuite, winter and summer robes, cotton bath and hand towels, Bambury pool and beach towels, essential oil diffuser, AC/heating, ceiling fans, and blackout curtains.

AMAZING Breakfast

So we know that Australian Brekkie is THE BOMB but, it’s also very pricey, typically around $20 a dish. What if I told you, you could have the best brekkie in Noosa FOR FREE?? That’s right, the best breakfast in Noosa is right here at The Manor.

Using eggs from the chooks (Aussie for chicken) right on the property, Roberto whips you up an incredibly fresh, delicious breakfast EVERY DAY. On our first morning, we started out with fresh fruit over local yogurt and bircher muesli. YUM. Then for the main course (!) we had a divine version of eggs benedict. Local sourdough topped with ham, sautéed spinach, perfectly poached eggs and topped with dill and shallot hollandaise.

The second day, Renate made us the most beautiful bouquet of fresh fruit- dragonfruit, figs, papaya- all locally grown. Roberto went all out for the mains this morning with a spinach, egg and goat cheese stuffed pastry. He also cut us a fresh young coconut, what better way to start the day, am I right? Seriously, you have to try it for yourself to understand- SO GOOD.

They also have a dinner menu for you to enjoy if you feel like sticking around the manor for dinner. You just have to let them know a day in advance what you would like to order so they can be sure to pick up fresh ingredients.

Location

The Manor is located off of Wust Rd, very close to the city center, just a ten minutes drive from the river and about 15 minutes to Noosa National Park. A great thing about this is it takes you off the beaten path. You will get to see more than just the main attractions and likely see some wild kangaroos!

My favorite Features of the Manor

  • Local and on site ingredients, plus Roberto’s special twist, makes for the best breakfast around.
  • Quirky knick knacks around the house make for a very inviting and creative space, plus it feels like they have a story to tell 🙂
  • Roberto and Renate are truly amazing people, so welcoming and so much fun to hang out with! (if that’s what you’re after, otherwise they TOTALLY give you your space.)
  • Rupert! The sweet pup you’ve seen in the pics.

If you’re passing through Noosa, I can’t recommend Noosa Valley Manor enough. Rooms start around $229 AUD/ night. Book it here. Enjoy!

Love ya,

Hannah
